🌼 A Home Built on Love

In Siem Reap, Cambodia, Seyla Poy and his family have opened their hearts and their home to children in need of safety, love, and belonging.

For years, Seyla has led the Cambodia Orphanage, providing a safe and nurturing environment for 35–40 children. His entire family helps run the home, teach life skills, and ensure each child receives education, nourishment, and care.

At LOTUS Humanitarian, we are deeply honored to partner with Seyla — a man whose daily actions embody our mission to spread love and relieve suffering.

💛 What the Orphanage Provides

• Safe housing, meals, and education for children in need
• A loving family environment that supports children even after they graduate
• Vocational training and education so older youth can work and give back
• Spiritual and emotional guidance through faith and community

Children are welcome to stay even after finishing school if they continue helping care for the younger ones — creating a true family for life.

🌱 How LOTUS Supports

Since 2020, LOTUS Humanitarian has partnered with Seyla to make continuous improvements at the orphanage:

• Purchased beds and bedding for all the children
• Built two new bathroom facilities — one for boys, one for girls
• Sponsored annual Christmas celebrations and gifts
• Funded four trips to the beach, a once-in-a-lifetime joy for many of the children
• Purchased a freezer for food storage and funded vocational education programs for graduates

💫 Every $100 helps provide meals, school supplies, and basic care for the children for one week.

🙌 The Heart Behind the Mission

Seyla’s life is a testament to service through faith and family. With humility and devotion, he and his wife have built not just an orphanage — but a true home.

Their dream is to continue improving the facilities and to one day build a dedicated study and computer space for the children’s education.
