Through his registered NGO, Learning by Locals, Pradeep is breaking the cycle of poverty by giving teenagers the tools, mentorship, and confidence to shape their own futures. What began as a small classroom in a low-income neighborhood has become a safe haven for learning, growth, and empowerment.
Pradeep believes that education is not just about academics — it’s about helping young people believe in themselves and discover their purpose.
